He joined CLEAN in 1990 as a Computer Programmer and has gone on to become Senior Vice President, Director of IT and one of five members on the company's Steering Committee. Rarely finding "off-the shelf" software to meet his high standards, Richard's motto is "I'll just write it myself!" In doing so, Richard has developed one of the top Route Accounting Software packages in the industry helping CLEAN to run as efficient as possible. And it's not just programming; PCs, Macs, main frames, phone systems...you name it Richard can do it! When not leaning about new innovations on the horizon, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and model railroading. CLEAN is beyond lucky to have him as a member of the TEAM!
Brian Hagler
Brain Hagler grew up in the Illinois town of Altamont. Jeff Hitpas came to CLEAN with family business in his blood! Born and raised in Carlyle, IL, Jeff's family owned House of Sound, a variable "general store" where one could buy everything from a refrigerator to the latest hit record. Part appliance store, part Radio Shack, House of Sound was the place-to-be in Carlyle and never short of activity or interesting folks combing the record bins. Jeff, the youngest of seven, showed an entrepreneurial streak early in his job managing the soda machine where he was able to keep a percentage of the quarters. Truth be told...Jeff blew most of his profits playing Defender for hours on end at Pin Ball Palace just next door to his family's store. After school Jeff stayed in retail working 15 years in the Sporting Good industry, until he was "traded" to the CLEAN Team in 2001! In his time with the company Jeff developed a strong background in Sales, Service and Healthcare before being promoted to Vice President/General Manager of St. Louis and Healthcare.
