Clean Culture

CLEAN is a Family Business. Since 1938 we have lived by the words of our founder, Morris Lazaroff,Make the Customer Love You! And this concept still drives CLEAN today.

But how do we do this?

One way is by making sure our employees love working at CLEAN. We pay some of the highest wages in our industry and we offer the following benefits to our employees: affordable family healthcare, 401(K) with company matching, flexible benefits accounts, paid time off, employee assistance programs, free parking, continuing education reimbursement, proper tools for work and the most innovative software in our industry. And we are continually striving to improve our environments.

In addition, CLEAN is a place that encourages growth from within. The majority of CLEAN's managers started in entry-level positions. Many Production, Stockroom, Sales, Service and Office employees have gone on to become managers throughout the company. CLEAN's Chief Of Operations started as a Route Sales Representative, servicing customers on the route. Our Senior Vice President of CLEAN Administration started as a file clerk before she went back for her degree. CLEAN's Managers know the challenges our employees face everyday and the hard work they put in to Make the Customer Love You.

As a Family Business, CLEAN has no one to answer to other than the Customer. Our mission is very clear and well said through our Quality Policy, Continually Improving to Exceed Customer Satisfaction. We do this by asking for employees to voice their opinions when they believe something should be changed. Whether that is a process, a working condition, or even an employee/supervisor problem; we take our Open Door Policy very seriously.

Because CLEAN has no stock holders or board of directors to answer to, we can develop and implement new systems, technology and products at the drop of hat. Our competitors cannot claim the same.

CLEAN is proud to be one the largest independent industrial laundries in the Midwest, continuing the age-old philosophy of its founder Morris Lazaroff, make the customer love you!
